Delivery and shipping costs

We are happy to deliver to countries other than those available under individually adjusted shipping costs – international shipping is also possible on request.

Shipping costs

All orders within Germany are shipped with DHL and carry an additional EUR 5 shipping fee.

For orders outside of Germany, please contact us at sales@lab-away.com and we’ll prepare a custom offer for you

Delivery times

Our home tests kits usually arrive within 1 – 2 days after order confirmation. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
