Delivery area

We currently ship exclusively within Europe. Orders from outside Europe cannot be processed.

Shipping costs

We offer free delivery for all orders within Europe. No shipping or handling fees apply.

Delivery times

Our home test kits usually arrive within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

Orders with different delivery times

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless a different arrangement has been made. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
