§1 Applicability and Definition of Terms

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by consumers via lab-away.com.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity (§13 BGB).

§2 Retention of Title

Gryphone Health Solutions EOOD retains ownership of all goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Additional costs for shipping may apply.

If prepayment is chosen, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, all products are ready for immediate shipment and will be delivered within 5 working days.

For prepayment, delivery begins on the day after the payment order is received by the bank.

Delivery does not occur on Sundays or public holidays.

Risk of accidental loss or deterioration passes to the buyer upon handover of the goods.

§5 Conclusion of Contract

Orders via lab-away.com are concluded with Gryphone Health Solutions EOOD.

Product listings are not legally binding offers, but invitations to place an order.

The contract is formed once the consumer successfully completes the order process and receives an order confirmation by email.

The order is completed in the following steps:

Click the “Order” button
Check shopping cart
Click “Checkout”
Log in (optional; anonymous shopping possible)
Enter required information
Complete secure payment

Consumers may correct errors or cancel the order before final submission by using the browser back button or closing the browser.

§6 Right of Withdrawal (14 days for consumers)

Consumers can revoke the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins from the day the goods are received.

To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g., email to ) using the provided model form (optional).

Consequences of Withdrawal:

Refund of all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.
Refund via the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Return or handover of goods must occur within 14 days; consumer bears direct return costs.
If the goods are opened or used beyond necessary inspection, the consumer may be liable for diminished value.
